We are proud to showcase a variety of different kinds of performing arts at the fringe.
What is your show? What kind of performance is it? What is it about?
Percolate is an interactive exploration combining process and performance. (But don't worry, the audience participation isn't too scary!) It's a playful dive into the creative process, with coffee.
Fringe festivals are a place for art at all levels of creation. Where are you at in your process?
Is this a first draft? A previously produced piece? An experimental show? Or something else?
This is the expanded version of the original 20 minute short show that debuted at Elgin Fringe in 2023. Where it not only won the first "fringiest of the fringe" award, that award is now named after the show. (The "Percolator" award.) I will tell anyone who gives me a chance that I once won an award for being a weirdo.
Why did you submit your show to Omaha Fringe?
I have performed at two previous Omaha Fringe Festivals and always have a good time with great people.
What are you hoping audiences will experience when they see your performance?
What can audiences expect to take away?
Creativity, community, and coffee!!
